Report Fraud
If you think someone is abusing the WIC Program, let WIC know.
Examples of fraud and abuse include:
WIC participants who:
- Sell or try to sell WIC formula or food (including putting an ad online).
- Give inaccurate information to get or stay on WIC.
- Trade WIC cards or foods for things other than WIC foods.
WIC stores that:
- Overcharge WIC.
- Sell or trade the wrong foods to WIC families.
